The Crystal Edit is a small, independently run shop. Every order is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure safe arrival.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Currently, only U.S. domestic shipping is available.

 

 

Returns & Damages

Because each specimen is one of a kind, all sales are final.

Please review photographs, measurements, and descriptions carefully before placing an order. Every effort is made to accurately represent each specimen through photography and detailed descriptions. However, color, luster, and translucency may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

Natural mineral specimens may display inclusions, fractures, matrix variations, irregular crystal growth, or other characteristics formed through geological processes. These features are considered part of the individuality of each specimen and are not regarded as defects.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim using the tracking information provided.
